A Quick Look Into the September 2010 Alderwood Market

The Toronto Real Estate Board Reported only 17 sales this month in the Alderwood neighbourhood.

Down from 21 sales last September  in 2009. The average price being $ 464 000 opposed to $406 000 last year in September 2009. The average day on market reported for this month was 24. There was a slow down this summer but it seems as though the market has picked back up and we are in a more balanced market compared to other years.

A Quick look Into the August 2010 Alderwood Market

The Toronto Real Estate Board Reported only 6 sales this month in the Alderwood neighbourhood.

Down from 21 sales last august in 2009. The average price being $ 508 000 opposed to $418 000 last year in August 2009. The average day on market reported for this month was 41. There was a definite slow down this summer in the Alderwood area; however, prices continue to climb.
